Teresa Patricia Fallon (Lyons) passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026 at her Hamburg home at the age of 100.  Teresa was predeceased by her husband William J. Fallon (d. 2000) as well as 12 siblings.  She is survived by her children Kathleen Fallon (Jack Mo), Timothy Fallon (Bonnie) and Mark Fallon (Dana), as well as grandchildren Shaylyn Fallon (Jay Singh) and Connor Fallon. Teresa is also survived by a multitude of nieces and nephews and their children and grand children.
