Annette was a lifetime resident of Hamburg, NY. She was the daughter of the late Samuel and Arletta Wingeier. Annette was a devoted Buffalo Bills fan. She enjoyed watching old TV movies, reading and shopping the latest fashions. Annette retired after serving the county for 34 years.
Annette leaves behind her two brothers, Daniel and
James Wingeier as well as a sister, Dolores and Gary Bauer. She leaves behind many cousins and several nieces and nephews.
