Beloved husband of Debra Sweeney (née Graser); dearest father of Erin (Ken) Thomas, Patrick Sweeney, Kyle Sweeney and Shauna (Rudy) Melisz; loving Papa of 16 grandchildren; cherished brother of John Sweeney, Laura (Mike) Meixner; Terry Sweeney, Kathy Sweeney and the lake Mike Sweeney; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 27th from 3-7 PM at LOOMIS, OFFERS & LOOMIS INC. FUNERAL HOME (Hamburg Chapel) 207 Main Street. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 28th at 10 AM at Saints Peter & Paul RC Church- Hamburg, NY. Please assemble at church. Flowers gratefully declined, memorial contribution is Ed’s honor may be made to one’s charity of choice.
Big Cousin Ed. Always a delight to meet up at family events and hang out. I'm very sorry for his family's loss. Hopefully he can bring some goodluck to the Bills with his influences in heaven. ❤️
