of Hamburg, NY. January 29, 2026. Beloved daughter of David J. (late Mary) Chambers; dearest sister of Marie (Bruce) Gannon, Lynn (Paul) Hornberger, Laura (Christopher) Bosinski, Charlene (Tim) Gannon, Marsha (Scott) Williams, David (Patty) Chambers Jr. and the late Diana Chambers; cherished aunt of 17 nieces and nephews and 10 great-nieces and great-nephews; also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. Family will receive friends on Monday, February 2nd from 3-7 PM at LOOMIS, OFFERS & LOOMIS INC. FUNERAL HOME (Hamburg Chapel) 207 Main Street, where a Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, February 3rd at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tammy’s honor may be to the Patricia Allen Fund, in honor of her love of children and the Buffalo Bills.
