Of Hamburg, NY, formerly of Carmichael, CA. May 31, 2025. Beloved son of the late Walter A. (Marion) Riggs Jr.; cherished brother of Jackie (late George) Emerling, Karen (Thomas) Herring and the late Roberta (Richard) Vantine, Marian (Richard) Thompson and Marilyn (Richard) Monckton; loving cousin of Adele (late Paul) Kluck; also survived my numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
