of Hamburg, NY April 15, 2023 at age 88; Married to the love of his life Jean E (nee Foster) Putnam; Loving father of Darcy (John) Frangione, Cathy (Dave) Harrington, Pam Putnam & Sandy (Daniel) Smith; Cherished grandfather of Sara (Daniel), Jonathan (Grace), Katie, David, Jason, Stacey (Nate), Adam, DJ (Stacy) and Jillian (Zachary); Dearest brother of Barb Witnauer; also survived by 6 great grandchildren; Bing served his country from 1953-1955 in the US Army, he became a butcher at a very young age working at his uncle Glenn's meat market G.E. Putnam in Buffalo, NY, later he was proud owner of 3 Super Duper's in WNY until retiring to Naples, Florida for 25 years, upon returning to Hamburg full time to spend time with his growing family. Bing, you were one of a kind and you will truely be missed by all the lives you touched. Flowers greatfully declined. Memorials may be made to Hosipce Buffalo Inc or to People Inc. No prior visitation. A graveside service with Military Honors will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery Hamburg NY on Thursday April 20, at 11:00 AM.
