of Buffalo, NY. Entered into Heaven on November 25, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Judith Ann Orr (nee Pfleger); loving father of William (Renee) Orr and Renee (Jim Russo) Ridolfi; cherished grandfather of Jane (Michael) Carey, Nathaniel Noel, Cooper, Griffin and Mackenzie Orr; he is also survived by his sister Rose Smakowski; He was predeceased in death by his brother Charles “Bud” (Margaret) Forden and his sisters Dorothy Blakeley and Claudia (James) Schwartz; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He proudly served in the United States Navy Seabee Division in Vietnam. He worked for the City of Buffalo Streets Department for 25 years where he was also a member of Local #264 executive board. He was a proud member and served as Commander of American Legion Post #1041.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 4th from 3-7 PM at LOOMIS, OFFERS & LOOMIS INC. FUNERAL HOME (Memorial Chapel) 1820 Seneca Street Buffalo, NY 14210 where a service will be held at 7 PM. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to American Legion Post #1041.
