MARCHESE – Eleanor “Ellie” I. (nee Webb)

Eleanor “Ellie” Marchese of Boynton Beach, Florida (September 18, 1931 – September 21, 2025) Beloved wife of the late Phillip J. Marchese; cherished mother of Gary (Melissa), Bruce (Cathy), Paul, and Gail Hill (Richard); loving grandma of 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Sister to the late James A. Webb and Phyllis Gildner. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, October 25th from 1 to 4 PM at LOOMIS, OFFERS & LOOMIS INC. FUNERAL HOME (Hamburg Chapel) 207 Main Street where a service will be held at 3:30 PM. Flowers gratefully declined, memorial contributions may be made to High Point Blvd Association, 215 High Point Blvd, Boynton Beach, Florida 33435.

Ellie was born in Buffalo, NY, attended PS #67 and South Park High School. In 1981 Phil and Ellie purchased a winter residence in Delray Beach, Florida. Ellie moved permanently to Boynton Beach in 2000 following Phil’s passing. She enjoyed spending time walking the beach collecting shells, working at Mecca strawberry farm, volunteering for the Citizens Patrol Program, playing cards, she was active in the High Point Women’s Club and most recently enjoyed greeting neighbors at the High Point clubhouse. She was a devoted Buffalo Bills fan.
