Beloved husband of over 50 years to Ruthe (nee Houck) Loeber, Father to Kipp Fisher, Loved son of the late Clarence and Mary Loeber, Dear brother of Patricia Young, Mary Ann Carncross, and the late William B. Loeber. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Tuesday November 23 from 3-7 PM at LOOMIS, OFFERS & LOOMIS INC. FUNERAL HOME (Memorial Chapel) 1820 Seneca St. Buffalo, NY 14210 where a service will be held at 6 PM. Richard was a proud member of the Buffalo Lodge #846 since 1973, serving the role of Trustee for many years, he was also a member of the Zuleika Grotto. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Apron & was a proud member of “The Ball Team”.
