John, I just saw this. I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am. My heart is with you. I know exactly where you are. Jackie was such a big presence and a really delightful one. It was always such fun to catch up with her when we saw you guys. I loved her honesty. We always knew we got the straight truth from her.
