February 28, 2025 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Diane B. Gibson (née Smith). Cherished father of Richard D. (Jennifer) Gibson Jr., Kathleen D. (Charles F. III) Smith and Elizabeth C. (John) Tilert; dearest grandfather of 9 and great-grandfather of 19; loving son of the late Thompson (LaVerne) Gibson and brother of the late Carol Gibson; also survived by nieces, nephews and cherished family friend, Judith Gibson. No prior visitation, services were held privately. Memorial contributions may be made in Richard’s honor to Imagine Hamburg. Funeral arrangements entrusted to LOOMIS, OFFERS & LOOMIS INC.
